When you create an account we collect your name and email address. When you use the app we store the deal information you enter (property numbers, notes, and photos you upload) and a record of quote requests you send through the app (which deal, and which lenders or insurance providers were contacted).
We use your information to operate the app (saving and syncing your deals), to send you sign-in links, and — only if you opted in — to send product updates and offers from our lending and insurance partners. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.
DealGrade may receive referral compensation from lenders and insurance providers when you choose to contact them through the app. This does not change the price you pay. We are not a lender, broker, or insurance agency, and we do not guarantee any offer, rate, or coverage.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your contact details with a partner unless you choose to send them a quote request.
Data is stored with our hosting providers ([Supabase / Cloudflare]). You can delete your deals in the app at any time, and you can request full account deletion at [CONTACT EMAIL] — we will remove your data within 30 days.
